Why not drink Water After eating Fruits?

Is water the culprit with fruits or not or fruits the culprit with water?

I hear that eating water straight after eating fruits may cause cramps and flatulence. Well, someone forgot to tell my stomach. I have been giving my body for years what it wants and when it wants it. I don’t agree that we should eat breakfast, lunch and dinner.

When babies are born, we feed them when they are hungry. What happened to doing the right thing for the body. Now we are being told when we can drink water or not.

I am not advocating if it’s wrong or right to drink water after eating fruits, but what I am saying for me, I give my body what it requests, no matter what I have eaten prior.

Over the years, I have also heard that drinking water before or after meals should be avoided. I have heard so many takes on this. Some say drink lots of water after a meal to speed up and improve digestion. Others have said to drink lots of water before a meal, so you won’t consume as much food. The water fills the stomach and you are less likely to overeat. Others have said water can dilute your stomach acids and hinder digestion.

First allow me to share, I consume less fruits than the norm due to their sugar contents. I know most say it’s the best sugar for the body and is absorbed in the body at a slower…
