“What to do w/a Mini Stroke aka,TIA?”
“Stay true to yourself, yet always be open to learn.”
November 16, 2018 changed our lives forever. Mother visiting with me in my home was the best time we spent together ever and was priceless. She enjoyed our new home, scenic California and just doing and going to lots of interesting places. We shopped, ate at restaurants and workout out at gyms all over. Every morning before the stroke, she’d get up with me early in the morning to attend my fitness classes. Four AM in the morning was our norm, most of the time we’d return home afterwards and take a nap and then off again. Some days were more active than others.
The day before the stroke, Friday, she seemed a bit tired and not her usual excited self. She loved going. That evening she was a bit quiet and went to bed early. I thought maybe she was getting a cold, so the next day, Saturday, I had planned to make a big pot of homemade chicken soup to arrest her cold. Did not want her to get sick because she would soon be leaving for home. The night was quiet and up early the next morning I prepared the soup while Mother slept.
