Very true but such is life.

Even though I am growing in all of this, I still struggle with accepting love. I am starting to believe that most parents don’t really know what they’re doing. Even I won’t know what I’m doing, but I will try to give my child the affection, space, and affirmations it needs. I hope to create room for sorrow, for disappointment, and never tell them to “cheer up”. I will give them the right example, by being vulnerable myself, explaining why I behave the way I do, and apologize whenever I notice I was wrong.

Very true but such is life. Learning as you go, was and is the norm. There is not one book to cover all facets of life. It is what it is. As an adult thank God for choices. You are right, it is okay.
