Pros of eating leftovers without Pathogens

Well, as a left over eater, I of course recommend eating leftovers with some common sense. Throwing them out is like throwing money in the wind, in my opinion. Some leftovers last longer than others so one must be wise when eating left overs. Make sure the color of the food still looks the same, nothing is growing in or around your food and it smells normal.

“An investment in knowledge pays the best interest.”

Some foods last longer than others. Some may last two days while others may last a week or more, it all depends. Not only does it depend on the food itself but also how it is stored and how long left out. I enjoy leftovers because it cuts down on my preparation time and affords free time for other things in life.

I cook a lot of fresh beans and sometimes, if a lot, I’d freeze then and thaw some when needed. This saves me much preparation time and needless to say money is saved along with time. This also minimize wasting food.

In this Country, tons are foods are wasted leftover and fresh. Many have taken home leftovers that are left in the refrigerator to be eventually thrown out, due to forgotten or no longer interested.
