To Eat or Not to Eat!! Egg or No Egg

To determine if eggs are bad for you or if the quantity of eggs are bad for you or if moderation is the key?

Eating eggs had lots of healthy benefits and some unhealthy benefits depending on each individual health.

One day we heard eat an egg, the next day don’t eat an egg, then we heard eat one, next we heard eat as much as you want.

How is someone suppose to know what to do, eat an egg or two or not eat at all? Inquiring minds wants to know.

It was once the norm that if you ate too many eggs it would cause health issues like high cholesterol, heart attacks and strokes. Some cultures eat tons of eggs and their mortality rate doesn’t reflect any harm from eating too many eggs. This is a visual on my part, not factual.

I knew a 40 year old fitness guy from India who ate a half of dozen of eggs daily and he seemed perfectly fine, health wise. I asked, “Why so many?” He replied, “It was good for the body, fitness wise.” Also, he stated that eating a lot of eggs was a cultural diet all of his life.

After that conversation, I questioned the true effect of eating eggs or not. Recently, I discovered this article where the study said that eggs was not as bad to your heart health as had been…
