Step 1: Use a 10 lb weight bar for resistance on the arms, stand with feet hip width apart, keep knees straight (do not bend knees) as you bend over toward the floor. If you can touch the floor fine, if not go as far down as you can and eventually you will go further and further until you reach the floor. That is your goal. As you bend over, you are working the squads, butt and arms simultaneously. Do 3 sets with 10 reps each.

Step 2: This exercise is simple in nature and will build your core. A strong core muscles are also important for athletes, such as runners, a weak core can lead to more fatigue, less endurance and injuries. Weak core muscles can also leave you susceptible to poor posture, lower back pain and muscle injuries. Strengthening core muscles may also help improve back pain. Lay on the floor, turn toward your side, feet are stacked on each other and one hand pushes your body off the floor while the other hand gives you balance. Lift your body…
