“Injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere.” Dr. King Jr

We have become a nation of hatred due to the color of one’s skin. You tan to get darker skin, you inject your butt with various solutions, your lips protruding outward with solutions, and your hair in dreadlocks, but you hate me because I was born like this. #Iamjustsaying

I was blown away to see the rise in Blacks being targeted for doing everyday activities that is not threatening anyone in any shape, form or fashion in this new day and time. Back in the day, this was happening and was kept hushed outside of its local area but thanks to social media much is coming to the light today.

I remember a time when I was stopped for Living While Black by a white policeman in New York City as I had just left my hairdresser. Not speeding, nothing wrong with my car or no running of the traffic light but yet I was stopped and asked for my license. released shortly thereafter without explanation why I had been stopped. I felt so violated and discriminated against due to the fact of being black.
