Every morning and every night should begin and end with gratitude. In the morning gratitude gets you focused and in tune with nature or God or whatever faith you inhabit. Everyone, adult or child, should be thankful for merely just waking up in the morning because we don’t realize it but we are among the chosen to remain on earth this day. We are kept here because there is some work that must be done by each of us to make humanity better. The question is, “Will we do that which we are called to do?” or “Do we know what we are called to do?” Being able to answer either of these questions gets one solid in the universe and a good starting point for each day. This recognition gets you on your spiritual path.
Secondly, mentally, we can control how we feel, act and react to all that happens around us. This will determine your mental state of being. You can choose to be happy in-spite of bad situation. You have the power to dictate to your life verses allowing life to dictate to you and this will avoid you being a bystander in your life’s journey. Choose joy no matter what you’re going…
