High blood pressure is an all too common and dangerous condition. Having high blood pressure means the pressure of the blood in your blood vessels is higher than it should be. But you can take steps to control your blood pressure and lower your risk of heart disease and stroke.

Nowadays there is a pill for everything, and with every pill you take, there are side effects then there is another side effect pill and this goes on and on until the body becomes ship wrecked with sickness or pain or ailments or disease.

You are what you eat. Change your eating habits, change your life and how your body’s health benefits. What can you do outside of medicine? There are some foods that should be abstained from, that may cause high blood pressure and there are some foods to add to support balancing your blood pressure.
