Sugar Cravings seek to kill and destroy, internally & externally!!!

Do you crave sugar? Is your brain moving slower, your body moving slower, your skin is breaking out, scale not in your favor, cavities, mood change, high blood pressure, bloated, fewer sweet dreams (tossing and turning), aging, workout defeat, high cholesterol, memory and learning skills, depression, Dementia and Alzheimer’s Disease, overeating?

If your answer to anyone of these is yes, check your refine sugar intake and not only the intake the amount of your intake. Refine sugar possess no nutritional value, it only takes good at the moment.

I was a cookieholic for as long as I could remember. When I was a very young girl, my father would buy me the small boxes of animal cookies and that was the beginning of my infatuation with cookies and continued on into adulthood to other sweets. My father and mother had a sweet tooth. Mother used to bake cakes, cookies, pies, and all types of desserts including homemade ice cream.

Consumption over a long period of time could prove detrimental to your overall health and immunity. Most often than not, these sweets possessed an unhealthy amount of refine sugar that may have exposed the body to harm or affected certain body parts in a harmful manner.
