So sad to read about a situation where there was much neglect, and this magnitude of loosing lives could have been avoided, but at least they put in more checks and balances to prevent this from happening again. The one man who said it was not his duty to close the door is purely a simpleton. Now his bad decision will always rest on his and their shoulders.
