Every day is a good day to workout. It’s not the quantity but the quality. Also consistency and commitment will keep you going when the body says no and the mind says otherwise.

Get to love resistance bands! They’re so convenient to throw in your gym bag and take your workouts anywhere. Plus, they’ll help you target every muscle group — big and small — to leave you feeling toned, refreshed and gorgeous all over! Resistance bands are the perfect tool to add some extra intensity, too. The greater the resistance, the more energy you’ll burn.

Below are just a few e Today, we’re sharing some of our favorite arm exercises using a resistance band. From your triceps and biceps to your shoulders and entire core, get ready to feel the burn.

Working out is not as grueling as you think. Come up with a plan that suits you and assist in achieving the goals intended. The beauty of the resistance bands is that they are what I called the anytime go to workout. At home while doing chores you can add some reps and sets between chores. As long as you are consistent change will come.
