How to create wealth from your garage.
Today was a beautiful day
the weather was perfect
we had our first garage sale
since Covid, lots of fun people
ready to buy used, and new items
collectibles for a life times
treasures and bargains abound
many unloaded our loads with smiles and delights
great conversations as they departed
sending off old items to a new life
for a few dollars, everyone is happy
to give is to receive, life is a treasure hunt
you give, and they take, all is reciprocal
making another’s day in a garage sale
superseded the dollars made,
the joy in their eyes, the smile on their lips
as they get bargains and more bargains
one or two dollars less than asked
it is all good, the joy in their eyes is priceless
as you say goodbye to barggain hunters
knowing you made another’s day
the joy in the spirit is better than the dollars gotten.
