I am not a fan of any particular diet but healthy eating lifestyle changes! There is so much information out there and that’s not a bad thing, because there is no one size fits all. Learn to eat the meat and spit out the bones. While obesity rates all around the world are steadily rising, there is a mass epidemic of plethora knowledge charting a course to loose weight.

I don’t possess to be an expert but a seeker of knowledge.

Many are always seeking that magic pill to make the fat go away. The fat didn’t appear overnight and it is futile to hope to loose if overnight and maintain this loss forever. Maturity advises the unreal verses the real reality of things to be or come. While there is nothing wrong with searching for better ways to live and be healthy just do it with much commonsense.

For decades, the main way to loose weight was to cut calories and exercise. If you burn more calories than you eat you will loose weight and/or maintain. Coupled with exercise is a win win for the total body.

Any type of restrictive diets are very difficult to maintain while they may work in the short term, depriving the body sometimes can force the psychological self into a more obsessive thoughts about food and eating. Also negative…
