My apology for not getting back to you sooner with covid and all the other stuff that goes on in life and also Medium has changed their platform and I am too often clueless of my message but am glad I found yours today. Where do you start? Start by moderation, eat less and less sugar each day, then eliminate some days to more and more day, but replace with another like fruits, nature sugar to fill that craving. Also, there are proteins that you can eat to make you full longer so you won't snack. But in order to truly get rid of something or a habit, you must replace it with something rewardingly better.
