Things I do everyday that has changed my life for the better.

  1. Meditate every single day, morning, noon and night
  2. Pray and be thankful for the gift of life
  3. Be positive on purpose
  4. Read at least one motivational, inspirational or successful story each day
  5. Be true to yourself, no matter what your circumstances are
  6. Eliminate negative, haters and dream killers from your personal
  7. Keep your creative spark going, commune with nature and art
  8. Create a blueprint that will take you to your destination
  9. Gratitude journal in the morning and night
  10. Walk through your fear and watch it disappear
  11. Allow kindness to be your mantra
  12. Daily master you to get to the next level
  13. Stop judging yourself
  14. Give yourself permission to fail, then get up
  15. Do one thing, one step toward your goal
  16. Find time to laugh and play
  17. When stressed, take a break, walk away
  18. Count your blessings, one by one
  19. Accept your totality
  20. Celebrate life and your accomplishments
