- Be true to yourself, no matter what your circumstances are
- Eliminate negative, haters and dream killers from your personal
- Keep your creative spark going, commune with nature and art
- Create a blueprint that will take you to your destination
- Gratitude journal in the morning and night
- Walk through your fear and watch it disappear
- Allow kindness to be your mantra
- Daily master you to get to the next level
- Stop judging yourself
- Give yourself permission to fail, then get up
- Do one thing, one step toward your goal
- Find time to laugh and play
- When stressed, take a break, walk away
- Count your blessings, one by one
- Accept your totality
- Celebrate life and your accomplishments
