Peace comes from within. Do not seek it without!

As this night come to a close, take stock in your accomplishments and make them paramount in your mind. Meditate with much gratitude as you allow your mind, body, soul and spirit to come back into harmony as you prepare for this day to close. Soon it will be called your past and gone never to come again, just a memory, bad or good.

Don’t allow woulda, shoulda, coulda to reside within you causing much regret at the close of this day. Slowdown go within reflect on all that was done today and even better write it down and you may be astounded to see the complex and simple that you had achieved.

Waste no time with regrets, it’s penetrates your spirit like a needle into the soft tissue of your eye, piercing you with much pain. Make gratitude your mantra as you meditate this day to close. Allow gratitude to surround your conscious and unconscious as you meditate to allow the mind, soul and body to simmer down and be at peace with what is and negate what was.

Dismiss all negatives, whether true or false, it happened. Let go and let God. Embrace all positives and reinforce upon every urging of a negative thought.
