Damn inflammation got you seeing red in pain? Help is here to stay! Sometimes aches and pains don’t need a doctor but just a little knowledge will do the trick!

There have been times when I’d get an ache in my thigh, butt or leg periodically. It was like a tingling affect. I never went to the doctor because it would only bother me for moments and then go away. Usually I’d think two things, poor circulation or diet. Then I’d monitor or focus on what I ate most recently. Eliminate it and see what happens. This process does take time and effort. Also, it’s a process of elimination to determine what the culprit is. Well, I’m happy to convey that the pains in my leg, thigh and/or butt no longer exist. Modified my diet.

Recently, one of my fingers or sometimes my hand would get numb or ache at night. Usually, I’d reflect back on my diet the previous day to determine what the culprit was and not to repeat the same the next night. Have discovered that eating carbs earlier during the day have a positive effect, no pain in my hand but if I ingest carbs early or late late evening, a finger or hand would ache…
