“Yes, Happiness Is a Daily Destination- Mr. Tseng”
Very little is needed to make a happy life; it is all within yourself, in your way of thinking. Even a happy life cannot be without a measure of darkness, and the word happy would lose its meaning if it were not balanced by sadness.
Mr. Tseng, believed to be the the oldest man in the United States and his famous words, “Nothing Is Impossible!”, along with exercise increased his longevity. He made a conscious choice to live a good life, exercising regularly, smiling everyday and choosing not to worry. Mr. Tseng’s philosophy, “I have lots of small troubles like everybody, but I just say, “Forget about it, and Nothing is impossible.”
Great words to live by and a lesson in life for all. It obviously worked for him, for his life was a living testament to his attitude about life and exercising. Working out for over forty plus years and in his 80s was doing yoga headstands, danced aerobics in his 90s and in his 12th decade from his wheelchair to a recumbent bike daily for thirty minutes. He is definitely in the minority here. Exercised up to the very day before his death.
