“Peace is not absence of conflict, it is the ability to handle conflict by peaceful means.”

This conceptual way of thinking will provide you with a rewarding perspective that will help guide you toward your goal of a more accepting self.

This way of thinking confirms that life is in a constant state of change. Everything has a start and a finish, nothing stays as is. Every thing is formed and every thing will vanish. In today’s world, everything that is made or created, not only has a birth date but also has an expiration date. Every tree, rock, pebbles, soil, and all that is included in nature has an evolution period. Just like a tree begins with a seed and will eventually transform back into earth or it’s origin. Every car, machine, clothing are used and wears out over a period of time. Things crumble, dissolve or transform into another state of being from it’s beginning, just like humans. This transformation is on a timetable of when. As sure as we are born, we will die. Many say that we are born to die, to state it more accurately. Like all things, our bodies have an expiration date from it’s origin or the day that you are born. Even more immediate consider, a glass is created and will eventually be broken.

“‘Without inner peace, outer peace is impossible.”
