How to make a short trip to eating fruits and Veggies, makes a longer trip to the doctor
Since I was a little girl, I have always heard, “An apple a day, keeps the doctor away”, didn’t realize how true this statement was until I became an adult. Apples can possibly reduce your chance of stroke and heart attack mortality. Along with apples, the current trend is eat many colors of vegetables and fruits to fulfill your daily intake of the necessary nutrients for your body. The body is designed so sophisticated that it extracts what the body needs to thrive and release the rest from the body, bowel movement. Note, a bowel movement is one of the best gifts you can give your body on a regular basis.
