Longevity has it’s place in life. Quality of life also has it’s place in everyday life. Everyone wants both but are you willing to do what you have to do to make it happen or you looking for a magic pill?

Maturity and being child like are two very valuable tools to maintain in your mental arsenal for everyday living. Maturity because you learn from your life lessons, not mistakes. Mistakes come to teach a lesson and once the lesson is learned that mistake will never appear again. Another life lesson may closely resembling a prior one may come but not the exact same life lesson. Life is not wired that way. Most of our learning outside of book knowledge comes from life lessons, ups and down, trials and triumphs, pain and joy and the list goes on.

Child like is not taking life too serious. You live and you die, and everything in between is up to you. Learning how to let go and be care free makes the journey more pleasurable and palatable. How do you be carefree? Make time to laugh, play and just have total uninhibited fun like a child would. It’s okay to laugh at yourself. Often, as adults, we can do some dumb things.
