How to get a Mood Food Booster?
Just like what you drink can affect your mood, what you eat also affects your mood and what you focus on affects your mood. Everyone gets affected by mood altering foods, events and/or situations. It’s just the way life is. Often the poor think the rich has it all until a catastrophe happens like suicide. Many poor nations are happier than the rich one’s. It’s a state of mind that controls this. Your state of mind can be affected by what you ingest, overall.
The body, mind and spirit is one big receptacle of it’s environment. Some binge eaters eat because they think it’s make them feel good and it probably does for the moment. After that moment, reality sets back in and there stands an unhappy camper in a very bad mood. The cure this bad mood, more of the same is ingested and the cycle can become endless to depression, bad mood.
We are not responsible for the world and all that goes on around us, but we are responsible for how much we indulge in it or allow it too indulge our personal space.
For example, if you sit and look at the news all day, you are going to end up being one unhappy and depressed individual based on all your physic had been fed by you over the course of the day. Oftentimes, this happens so subliminally that it’s not recognized until it is felt, the final result.
