How to Fit Workout & Healthy Meals!

Life gets busy and we can hardly fit in all the things we have to do each day. So some things are thrown to the side for tomorrow and sometimes tomorrow never comes until there is a sickness or dis-ease in the body.
Ladies, especially struggle with juggling multiple roles. Oftentimes, putting others first before taking care of self. Everything and everyone has its’ priorities. Usually any self time is spent sleep and up again to repeat a maddening cycle. Whereas, men have an innate ability to do one thing at a time and not be concerned with nothing else until done. Not all men, just like not all ladies are occupied with being a caregiver. Now, there are some men who are in the same boat as ladies where they are juggling family issues and putting themselves last. These men are usually the minority.
Having said all that everyone need to make time for self. You can truly only help another for so long if you don’t help yourself first. Often times, busy schedules make you develop poor eating habits and your workout will suffer as a result over a period of time. With a busy regimen and many things placed on the back burner for another time, to combat this one must come up with a concrete plan.
