With fruits and vegetables, you can never go wrong, to the mix add plant based foods for a healthier longevity.
Life is comprised of choices about what you do and how you do it. When you do it is important and willing to start where you are or do over is key. Plant based is all the craze right now but since I was a kid w e ate from the garden, everything from veggies to fruits. Back in the day, this was just a way of life.
From a family of nine, seven sibling, my parents had to make ends meet so that was done via our garden. Very little was purchased from stores. In addition to the garden, we raised our own chickens, obtained fresh eggs and the rest was history. Don’t recall any major sickness in our home. That speaks for itself.
Today, plant based diet is like a new phenomena. Be that as it may, with all the pesticides, hormones and chemicals in our food and meats, it is time for a change and why not plant based products.
