“You’ll never find peace until you listen to your heart!”

Not being hard on yourself will make you more relaxed, peaceful, loving and kind. Don’t be very concerned with how you are doing, be grateful you are doing. Also, keep in mind that you should make it a goal to remain relaxed and not get discombobulated or anxious about how you’re doing. Let it all be and flow as life had designed. This concept is hard for us all. We feel we must control all things that come into our space and sometimes in others’ space. This requires practice and practice like playing the piano. Don’t be concerned about getting it right or being perfect. Cut yourself some slack at being human. Keep in mind there may be times, you’d revert back to your old habits of loosing it, being uptight, frustrated, stressed and reactive. Accept this and move on to a newly practiced habit of being peaceful. Life is a journey and a process, moment by moment, one thing then another. Good thing about life, you get to start over and over until you get it right.

“Worrying doesn’t take away tomorrow’s trouble. It takes away today’s peace!”

Keep in mind, mistakes make us who we are or suppose to be. While you are working on becoming more peaceful with self, don’t become too upset when you have a few setbacks. See these setbacks as learning opportunities.
