Many find drinking plain water is too much of a task to endure and neglect hydrating themselves. There is an alternative to hydrating the body daily.

The body is mainly water and requires to be hydrated. We know staying hydrated is vital to a healthy, fully functioning body. After all, our bodies are more than 60% water, which is responsible for caring oxygen, fat and glucose to our muscles, as well as it is how we digest our food and aid in getting rid of waste. It can be a challenge to many to drink the recommended daily amount.

If you can drink the water, then fruits and vegetables are a great alternative to hydrating the body with an ample amount of water, along with vitamins and minerals that do more than just keep you hydrated.

There are a few foods that can both fill you up and quench your thirst: Chia Seeds, they absorb water up to 12 times their weight. Also Probiotics which can be consumed in kefir, pickles and more. They are not only good for gut health, but for hydration because they absorb electrolytes.

Hydrating fruits and vegetables house much water that can hydrate the of drinking. For example, cucumber and iceberg lettuce are the wateriest produce of all . Celery, tomatoes…
