How Eating Red Meat Versus Chicken May Affect Health Adversely
Knowing what you are consuming is paramount to your body’s dis-ease
Trying to understand the best thing to eat to stay healthy, is a necessary chore. First you hear eat this, then you hear don’t eat that but eat this because that will make you sick, kill you or give you a disease!!!
In my past life, I used to love short ribs of beef, ham and turkey bacon. Gave each up for one reason or another and at different times, not because of what I heard in the media but how my body reacted after consumption. Beef I gave up because of the way it made me feel after consumption. I would feel sluggish and tired immediately after consuming. I didn’t like this state because I couldn’t get much done and was forced to take an unwarranted nap, even though I was not tired or sleepy but sluggish due to the meat consumed. Pork was a staple at one point, until someone showed me how pork disintegrate in the sun as maggots consumed it. This visual ended my pork eating days.
Eating chicken is another story that begun after ending my days with pork and beef. While eating chicken, I consumed a lot of fish most notably salmon until I heard about the high level of mercury and how dangerous it could be for your health. What the hell do I eat now, Grass!!??
