Working out, good for the mind, body and soul

releasing stress, losing weight, the young and old

all kinds of ills from your body, you eliminate

feeling fit, thinking clear and looking great.

Trials and testings, require Spiritual Exercise

meditate on God’s Word daily, you will rise

Spiritual Exercise requires preparation

it begins with the one who designed creation

guidance, truth and wisdom, your’s for the asking

feed your spirit, enjoy life everlasting

surround yourself with positive, caring and spiritual people

all in all, makes you weather storms like a well built steeple.

With Spiritual Exercise, you’re a warrior in combat

you stand firmly, battle down, the adversary you sat
