feeling fit, thinking clear and looking great.

meditate on God’s Word daily, you will rise
Spiritual Exercise requires preparation
it begins with the one who designed creation
guidance, truth and wisdom, your’s for the asking
feed your spirit, enjoy life everlasting
surround yourself with positive, caring and spiritual people
all in all, makes you weather storms like a well built steeple.
With Spiritual Exercise, you’re a warrior in combat
you stand firmly, battle down, the adversary you sat
