life lessons, lifestyle, Motivation
Poetry and poems can paint a focus picture that words sometimes escape. At the end of the day, try to end where you want your tomorrow to begin, focus!
At the close of your evening, focus is one of the best things to do for your physic. Often a busy schedule, negate the small accomplishment because the focus is or was on the big picture. One must remember every picture begin with one stroke at a time. With that one stroke comes focus! Webster’s definition of focus is the act of concentrating your interest or activity on something. Focus can only occur when we have said yes to one option and no to all other options. In other words, elimination is a prerequisite for focus except during meditation.
In a meditational end of the day case, focusing is taking note of all the day’s accomplishments irregardless of the big picture not being painted perfectly to the desired outcome. Allow the disappointments, don’t dwell, but learn.
Focus and acknowledgment brings awareness to the total picture of your day, good and bad. Balance is the key to a good reality and purposeful restful resolve evening. A healthy subconscious will feed the soul for a delightful better night and a rewarding tomorrow.
