Happy Meditation Monday Evening — Embracing

At the end of the day, meditating on learning how how to embrace what is instead of what you wanted it to be, is comforting to your spirit, less stress, longer life and a good night’s rest.

Life has a way of happening without human efforts. It just comes and it just goes. No one can change that fact. All the money in the world can’t change true reality. Money may appear to alter reality but in its totality, not possible. . The old saying, “You want to make God laugh tell him about your plans!” The ultimate power is not in our hands! Have you ever had the perfect day schedule only to all crumble right before your very eyes and you couldn’t do a thing to change it back? Well, that’s my point, we have limited control, a gift from God. True control belongs to no one but God!

Yes, we do have control but that control must be kept in human perspective while embracing what is and what is not! Like the serenity prayer, you must accept the things you cannot change and change the ones you can and apply wisdom to know the difference.

Embracing requires taking a moment, stepping back and seeing all for how it really is and not hoped for. While you must do all that is within your power, then release and let it go where it is suppose to go. Do not force it to go, for it will return void.
