First of all there is no voting right act for whites, it is a given whereas non-whites specifically Blacks have been denied to vote and in the 60s when the voting right act was passed gave many blacks the right to vote, but various administration have the ability to challenge this act because it is not a law that is solid, an act can be modified. Now, many voters are been targeted with voter suppression in any way necessary. Primarily, in Black neighiborhood, voting hours drastically reduce, poling locations minimzed to one or two place, if that, to name a few. When the GOP can go as far to say that with the long lines of voting, if someone needs water, no one can give them water otherwise they will be persecuted in some manner. This is just one riduculous situation that has been installed when voting or drive thru voting hours have been narrowed to a window that most Blacks used especially on the weekend. On this coming Sunday, there is a documentary about the suppression of the Blacks from voting and how they have been and targeted especially after many came out and voted in 2020. Check out the video, it will open your eyes.
