Don’t want to drive your Car, get a Chauffeur!

Autopilot is blamed for too many crashes and this is not the age for the Jetsons flying around in the air with only one car around. This is real life too many autopilot or non manned car crashes, one is too many. A fatality is a fatality and can’t be undone.

Tesla, how many mishap must you incur to get the message, “this is not working and is dangerous to many consumers, participants and non-participants?”

Mass shootings are to common and needs to stop, autopilot and self driving car crashes are now becoming to common and scary. The powers that be need to rectify and demand more accountability. Hit these car makers in their pockets and changes will happen.

Recently in the Los Angeles Times, another mishap and Tesla was cited by the NTSB for their driver-assist system, inattentive motorist in 2018 slammed into a parked firetruck with it’s emergency lights on along the 405 freeway in Los Angeles.

It is reported that the driver disengaged from the driving task as specified by the vehicles’s design, in consistent with guidance and warnings from the manufacturer. This mere fact confirms that we, humans, are not ready for autopilot driving vehicle. There have been other driving mishaps due to autopilot automobiles or self driving cars.
