Most of us have felt bloated at some point in our lives. There have been times when you couldn’t fasten your pant or skirt due to being bloated. Also, after eating fiber if the body doesn’t digest efficiently, can cause bloating to occur. Usually, the body does digest fiber especially when fiber becomes a staple of your diet. Like anything else, the body has to adjust especially to a lot of fiber intake which is different from the norm.

Usually bloatedness decreases over a period of time. That period of time varies from body to body or person to person. This usually happen to women over 40 and whose bloatedness may be contributed to a slow digestive system.
