“Trying doesn’t hurt, but not trying does!” Get on the health bus, with your doctor as the driver and God as the ‘Guide.

Where are we going with this? The flavor of the day changes so quickly it’s difficult to know what to do or eat. At some point, eating grass seem the best alternative. Should we all become vegans, (whole plant diet), or vegetarians ( fruits, vegetables, grains, healthy fats and proteins) , or pescatarian, a vegetarian who also consumes fish and seafood.

Yes, everything has it pro and cons but what do you do when things are changing so quickly and no sooner than you get a new eating habit of some sort, someone comes along and discover that your new eating habit is detrimental to your health.

Had seven siblings and no one ever went to the doctor or hospital for sickness. But keep in mind, back in the day…
