Breathing Before Speaking is a Miracle

Once you experience the success of breathing before speaking, you will make this an every day tool when speaking. The immediate byproduct from doing this process is increased patience, added perspective and more gratitude and respect from others.
This strategy is so simple even a novice can master it. The mastery only consist of pausing and breathing, after the person has finished speaking. Most of the time, we are like a motor mouth, we jump right in with our thoughts and off we go without breathing or pausing. Because everything today happens in microwave speed and faster, to pause seem like eternity but it truly isn’t. Basically, it’s only a fraction of a second, but that fraction will produce a moment that was worth the wait. Doing this over a period of time, will prove to be rewarding and appreciated by the other speaker and you. Also, you set the example for others to follow when being spoken too. Every one wants to be heard and listened to. Being listened to is one of the rarest and most treasured gifts you can offer.
