Honestly, I was fascinated! This practice completely changed my life and I was a much happier, productive, and chill person after 3 months. I’m sure that just meditating would’ve been just as good, but binaural beats helped me get back into my practice easier. I believe it would’ve taken me longer to rebuild my practice, as I was quite a mess.
