8 Step to using the Back Burner of your mind

During an impasse in life, things may appear overwhelming and it’s hard to figure out which way to turn or not turn. How does one turn the back burner on high to move pass the impasse experience?

It’s very similar to cooking on a stove, where as you put something on the back burner of the stove and allow it too simmer until done while other things on the stove may have your focus.

“Best way to escape from your problem is too solve them.”

It works the same with the mind, take your focus off of what has you consumed and let go. This give the subconscious time to solve your issue while you focus on other things. Sometimes, the solution may come as a light bulb moment, or some visual revelation or a thought.

Your back burner is an excellent tool for remembering or discovering insight. It basically mean to allow yourself to solve a problem while you are busy in the present moment or just doing other things.

“All life is problem solving.”
